  • 100 gm Primo thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 2 radishes thinly sliced
  • 1/4 fennel bulb thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup baby rocket
  • 3 TBSP organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt flakes and ground pepper

  • In a large serving bowl combine cranberries, walnuts, mint leaves, radishes, fennel and rocket
  • Pour in vinegar and oil and season with sea salt flakes and pepper
  • Toss salad well
  • Served topped with torn turkey slices
