Cut a half circle from the high-top edge of each slice of bread to form the ears. Lay the ham over the bottom half of the bread. Arrange cheese halves on bread as eyes. Cut 2 x 2cm rounds from Primo salami and place on cheese, top with currants to complete eyes. Use carrot triangle for the beak.
Overlap mushrooms down each side of the ham for wings. Pace Primo twiggy stick along the base of the bread to form a perch and top with Primo cabanossi slices as feet.
