  • 12 slices Primo pepper crusted roasted pork
  • 4 slider rolls
  • 4 green apples peeled, cored and diced
  • 2 carrots peeled into ribbons
  • 2 cucumbers peeled into ribbons
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP mustard seeds
  • 1 cardomen pod cracked

  • In a large pot place all ingredients except the pork, slider rolls, cucumber and carrots
  • Mix slightly then put on a high heat until it boils
  • Turn down to a simmer and cook for 25 minutes then set aside (you can do this a day ahead or a week in advance or serve it warm straight from the stove)
  • Place primo pork on the slider rolls then top with chutney and cucumber, carrot ribbons. (store remaining chutney in an airtight container refridgerated for up to one month.)
  • Add lid and enjoy
