Preheat oven to 200C
Coarsely chop spinach and move to a small bowl
Add the feta and combine cut a small pocket into the side of each chicken breast
Spoon in the feta and spinach mixture. Wrap 2 slices of prosciutto around each chicken breast and enclose
Place on a baking tray and place in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through
