  • Turn the oven onto 180 C
  • Line 2 oven trays with baking paper
  • Place the Pita breads on the prepared trays
  • Spread half the tomato paste evenly on each, leaving a 1 cm border around the rim
  • Arrange the tomatoes and bocconcini over the bases, then top with ham and season
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until base is crispy and cheese is melted
  • Top with fresh basil leaves and serve
