  • 200 gm Primo Premium Deli traditional leg ham 
  • 4 slices of light rye
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 100 gm of goats feta
  • 2 TBSP of toasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 TBSP good olive Oil
  • Sea salt and pepper

  • Toast rye and cut the avocado in half
  • Remove the stone and skin and slice thinly
  • Top with Primo ham
  • Crumble goats feta onto ham
  • Sprinkle with sunflower seeds
  • Finish with olive oil, salt and pepper and garnish with edible flowers(optional)
