  • Butter the sourdough and turn over so the butter will be touching the sandwich press
  • Spread the mustard on the other side of the bread
  • Top the mustard with ham, sliced pickle and swiss cheese
  • Toast for about 10 minutes until golden brown on the outside and when the cheese has melted in the middle
