Whisk together the eggs, water & cream until well combined.
Heat the butter in a 24cm non-stick pan over a medium heat until butter has melted.
Pour in the egg mixture and allow to set on the sides using an egg lifter gently pull the sides into the centre of the pan and swirl pan to redistribute the egg mixture, allow egg to cook until set 3-4 mins.
Sprinkle the Primo shredded ham and cheese over the omelette and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gently fold the omelette over and using an egg lifter slide omelette onto a warmed serving plate.
To Serve: Sprinkle a little salsa over the centre of the omelette and garnish with baby salad leaves.
