Primo Short Cut Bacon Rindless 750g

  • 300 gm Primo shortcut bacon, rindless
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 long red chillies, deseeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 300 gm angel hair pasta

  • Boil pasta in a large pan of boiling water until soft and al dente. Whilst pasta is boiling, heat the olive oil in a large pan 

  • Add the bacon and stir until brown and crispy

  • Add the chillies and garlic into the bacon pan and stir until fragrant

  • Add the spinach leaves and remove from the heat

  • Drain the pasta and remove the pan from the heat

  • Add in the bacon mixture with the pasta and add the lemon juice and zest

  • Gently toss sprinkle with parmesan cheese, serve and enjoy
