  • 1 flour tortilla

  • ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts

  • 20g snow pea sprouts

  • 2 tasty cheese slices

  • 2 slices Primo thinly sliced chicken breast

  • 1 cherry bocconcini, halved crossways

  • 2 pomegranate seeds

  • 1 thin round of carrot, cut into a triangle

  1.  Lay tortilla on a clean board. Arrange alfalfa around the top edge of tortilla then top with snow pea sprouts.
  2.  Using a 9 cm fluted round cutter, cut 1 round from each cheese slice. Using the edge of the same cutter, cut feet from the offcuts for the feet. Lay the rounds over snow pea sprouts to form wings. Top with Primo chicken breast slices to form the body then feet on the bottom edge of the chicken.  
  3.  Construct the face using bocconcini for eyes, pomegranate seeds as pupils and carrot triangle as beak.

Primo twiggy stick option

Omit snow pea sprouts, add 4 twiggy sticks, halved crossways. Arrange over alfalfa to form feathers.
